My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had beds that made me feel refreshed in the morning. The service was warm and personal, with the staff going out of their way to ensure my comfort. The location was extremely convenient, being attached to a mall in new Bhopal, providing easy access to the city. However, the dining experience was not as expected, with limited options despite a large selection. Overall, a great value for the money with some minor dining issues.

My stay at the hotel met my expectations with super excellent services, but there was a major inconvenience from very noisy people partying in their rooms till early hours of the morning. The Roman curtain covering the bathroom can be pulled up from outside, which I found a bit strange.

The service from front desk Trisha, Divya, and restaurant staff Chandan, Leo was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, with caring staff and away from the airport, situated in a mall in new Bhopal. Dining was delicious with a lot of choices to match my taste for breakfast. The facilities were well-maintained and modern, providing a great overall experience.
